If the problem is repeatable and fits the Torevo product direction, we start from a product foundation. If the store has custom rules, data or internal workflows, we design a custom solution.

Do we need a technical specification before contacting you?

No. Describe the current state, what is handled manually, which systems are involved and what outcome you expect. Technical scope comes after an initial assessment.

Can Torevo help a smaller merchant?

Yes, when the problem is specific and the solution makes commercial sense. Sometimes the right recommendation is simpler configuration or an existing app instead of custom development.

Do you work only with Shopify Plus?

No. Shopify Plus matters for certain checkout and B2B scenarios, but many theme, integration, automation and audit projects make sense outside Shopify Plus too.
