Frequently asked questions

Does Torevo only build its own apps?

No. Torevo develops owned products and also provides custom Shopify development, theme and checkout improvements, integrations, feeds, catalogue processes, automation, analytics and ongoing technical support.

Where can I find the guide for a specific app?

Choose the app or integration workflow in the documentation. If the guide does not cover your case, send a safe description through the contact page.

Can you take over an existing Shopify or e-commerce project?

Yes, after a technical audit of the code, theme, apps, integrations, data flows and operational risks. The scope of future responsibility must be agreed clearly.

Can you work with our agency or internal team?

Yes. Torevo can own a specialist area such as backend, custom app development, integration, architecture or code review.

Should I send an error screenshot?

Yes, but only after removing personal data, API keys, addresses and other sensitive information.

Where should I report a security issue?

Follow the instructions on the Security page. Do not publish details before the issue has been handled safely.
