Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Torevo website and broadly cover communication about Torevo products and services.

2. Website use
The website presents Shopify services, product direction, integrations and cooperation options. Website content is not a standalone offer to contract unless a specific order or agreement says so expressly.
3. Products in development
Products marked as planned or in development describe intended direction and scope. Timing, pricing, availability and final features become binding only when expressly confirmed in an order, contract or official product process.
4. Custom services
Scope, price, timing, ownership of deliverables, support and responsibilities for custom services are agreed individually in a proposal, order or contract.
5. Third-party integrations
Torevo may communicate with Shopify, carriers, accounting systems, ERP, CRM or other third-party services. The terms, accounts, limits, pricing and availability of those services are governed by the relevant providers.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the website or services for unlawful purposes, security circumvention, unauthorised access, service overload, malicious code or misuse of another person’s data.
7. Intellectual property
The Torevo brand, design, text, symbols, interfaces and software elements are protected by the rights of their owners. They may not be copied or used without permission except where allowed by law.
8. Liability
The website is provided with reasonable care, but may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Specific warranties, SLAs, liability limits and service terms are set out in the relevant contract or order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as services, law or security requirements develop. The current version is always published on this page.
