The Zásilkovna Czechia module is the Czech market adapter inside Torevo Shipping. It shares the Packeta Network provider connection and Torevo shipment workflow with the Slovak module, but applies a Czech storefront and service scope.

Compatibility statement

“Zásilkovna” identifies compatibility with the carrier service. Torevo does not claim an official partnership unless it is separately confirmed in writing.

Required settings

Before enabling the module, confirm:

  • a ready Packeta Network provider account,
  • a valid sender label for the intended Czech operation,
  • a widget key intended for the store,
  • the zasilkovna-cz module is enabled,
  • every supported Shopify shipping title has an explicit mapping,
  • the storefront block uses country cz.

The same provider account may serve both market modules, but mappings, enabled state and storefront country remain separate.

Map Czech services

Create an explicit mapping from each Czech Shopify shipping title to the Zásilkovna module and selected service. Keep internal pickup points and Z-BOX mappings distinct where the store offers both.

Do not infer the Czech module from a translated or abbreviated shipping title. If the title changes, Torevo should block preparation until the merchant updates the mapping.

Configure the pickup selector

Add the Torevo pickup selector app block to the cart and choose Zásilkovna Czechia. Confirm that the widget is restricted to Czechia and that selected metadata remains stable through cart updates.

Test these cases:

  1. a Czech internal pickup point,
  2. a Czech Z-BOX,
  3. continuing without a required point,
  4. a Slovak point supplied to the Czech module,
  5. a stale or invalid pickup-point identifier.

The server revalidates the country and point before shipment creation. A cross-market selection must fail safely.

Verify the first shipment

Use a test order with a Czech destination, recipient contact, known weight, Czech pickup point and mapped shipping method. Review the module, service and sender before confirmation.

Verify that exactly one remote shipment is created, its PDF label can be downloaded again, tracking refresh identifies the same shipment and Shopify fulfillment changes only when explicitly configured.

Safe operations

  • Keep the Czech and Slovak mappings separate even when they use one provider account.
  • Reconcile an unknown provider outcome before retrying.
  • Rotate credentials without deleting historic shipment snapshots needed for label and tracking recovery.
  • Treat currency or service combinations not listed by the module as unsupported until validated.
  • Send only safe IDs, timestamps and error codes to support.
